  In the past couple of months, no one has greeted me, said hello, welcome, anything. Seriously, most times, they say nothing at all and instead stare at me waiting impatiently for my order. Just this morning, they didn't even listen to what I ordered and got it wrong. For fear of retaliation of their bad attitudes, I simply took what they offered and left. I will no longer go to this Starbucks and there is a perfectly friendly coffee shop with a drive thru right across the street.

  Really disappointed, this was the second Starbucks in town and was always friendly and fast. Twice now drinks have been wrong and the barista has been sullen and rude. Cashiers have been nice but tired of expensive drinks and rude service.

  It seems like in the last month, the people have been grumpy and not friendly. I ordered my drink, then as I pulled up the guy didn't say one word until I said how much is it? I wanted to make sure it was my drink he was charging. He was very short. Then he didn't say another word to me at all. I grabbed my drink and said have a good day! He closed the window in my face! Unfortunately this is the closest and only drive thru starbucks in Parker!
