  Long wait on food manager that took my order was rude. Being a formal employee at a McDonald's that did way more volume than this place. I just don't understand why this place sucks so much the play land is dirty all the trash can are full employees literally clock out and run from this place. I think corporate need to step in.

  Extremely slow service! Staff is apathetic and rude; management is worse! They tried to make it better by remodeling the place. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig! They have no concept of "Fast Food". Many people wait for 25 minutes or more for their order; most people just leave. If you ask for a refund, they are slow to get it to you, and then you really see how they feel about you. They should fire ALL the management and start over with people who care about their jobs.
  Several bad reviews, and nothing changes. Just goes to show you they don't about anything but your money. Avoid this place at all costs!
  The McDonald's at 9160 Crown Crest Blvd, Parker, CO 80138 by E-470 has super friendly employees and the food is prepared quickly and correctly. You never see a line, because they understand what "Fast Food" is!
  The best way to describe the McDonald's at Parker and Mainstreet, is to quote a movie line; "I've seen monkey Sh#* fights at the zoo that were more organized"!

  This McDonald's has improved in the past few months.. . Still VERY sluggish but nothing like it was. Food is generally fresh (fast food fresh, obviously). Inside is pretty clean. I'd avoid going here in the evening otherwise you'll likely be waiting over 30 mins

  Probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I try to avoid it and on occasion I go back and again get disappointed. Very long wait times and good order gets mixed up quite often.
