  Extremely disappointed. My husband and I stumbled upon Cafe Monet once before and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. For Valentine's Day, I made a reservation four weeks in advance because we had liked the restaurant and wanted to do something fun and special. Valentine's Day is the day we started dating (11 years), and also were engaged on Valentine's Day as well.
  
  We got to the restaurant 5 minutes early and were seated—the place was packed. After the hostess left our table, we were not acknowledged by anyone. No offer of water, not so much as glanced at—even when one of the waitresses knocked my silverware of the table brushing against it while talking to the table next to us. After sitting there for 25 minutes and being completely ignored, we got up and left.
  
  I understand that it's a holiday, but if you're going to book your restaurant completely full then you should staff to handle it. Completely unacceptable to not even acknowledge us to even simply let us know that you're very busy and will get to us as soon as you can.
  
  We won't be back.
